Image
Real estate can be rewarding, but investors often make mistakes that reduce their returns. One common mistake is skipping proper research before buying a property. Others include underestimating expenses, overpaying, or ignoring location value. Many investors fail to plan for vacancies or unexpected repairs, which can strain finances. Some rely too much on short term gains instead of thinking long term. Poor financing choices and lack of clear exit strategies also create problems.
